Web Design and Development

Over the years, I have created several web sites to promote my films and other creative endeavours.

The following selection of sites are all still live, (although some of the features are currently disabled.) They were created in Flash, so will not be viewable on computers or devices that don't support Flash.

Wonder Water Web Site

The Wonder Water Web flash site was created to promote my animated tribute to the oceans. In addition to the complete short film, the interactive animated site features children's ocean themed poetry and artwork, aqWWWarium videos created in elementary school workshops, and ocean advocacy information.

The Common Sense of the Wisdom Tree Site

The Wisdom Tree site was my first large scale flash deployment. It is full of animated transitions and some fun interactive features. The site includes educational lesson plans, a storybook version of the film, clips, info and more.

Poemation™ Web Site

I designed the Poemation™ site as the prototype for an online web hub serving the evolving curricular needs of K-8 teachers and students in the areas of media literacy, language arts and visual arts. Poemation™ harnesses the power of animated poetry as a gateway to creative expression and community.  Since the time I created the prototype, the concept and business model for Poemation™ has continued to evolve along with strides in creative production tools and social media. Great things to come!

Wisdom Tree Media Web Site

Wisdom Tree Media is the umbrella production company that I created  to bring together all of my creative efforts under one brand image. The WTM web site served as a showcase for the above works and projects. Although the spirit of Wisdom Tree Media continues, as the focus of my own creative and professional pursuits has continued to evolve, so may the focus and image of the production company.

New Jew Arts Gallery

As the Director of Media Arts at New Community Jewish High School, I took on the task of creating an online art gallery to showcase the exceptional creative work of our students in visual arts, media arts, instrumental and vocal music, modern and Israeli dance and theater arts. After the school became de Toledo High School, the site went down. Bummer. It was sweet.
